Includes 5 workouts per week, with a mix of strength training & cardio
Emphasis on intuitive and mindful eating to encourage a long lasting healthy relationship with food
Nutrition guidance and tips provided
Healthy recipes and meal ideas included
Ashley will guide you through the process of determining your unique “why” and creating your personal mission statement
You will receive tips and writing exercises to help increase your self confidence
You ill have journaling exercises to challenge you as you grow and learn
You will have access to a private Facebook group that will provide daily support and accountability
