I won't lie, I'm not a huge "Valentine's Day" person (sorry!), but I will take any chance I can to advocate self love. In honor of Valentine's Day, I decided to host a #LoveLetterToMyBodyProject throughout this week, and I would love for you to join along!
Here's how it works: Write a love letter to your body this week, thanking it for what it's done for you in the past and what it continues to do for you. Please share on Instagram or Facebook to spread this message! And don't forget to use hashtag #lovelettertomybodyproject and tag me in your post so I can see it and share on my Insta and Facebook stories. Super easy but so fulfilling. To further this thought, let's remember that the love we have for our bodies, our self worth, and who we are as individuals should not be determined by what we look like, our body composition, or what size pants we wear. No matter the season, our priority should always remain the same -- to love ourselves.
Let's make it a priority to stay grounded in who we are, to work on improving the inside just as much as the outside, and to constantly remind ourselves o what our bodies have done for us and continue to do for us daily. Because ladies, our bodies are truly AMAZING! Let's give them the love and respect they deserve.
